Welcome to Webframer. These terms govern your use of our platform and directory services. By joining, buying, selling, or listing a business on Webframer, you agree to these rules.
1. Key Definitions
Webframer: The platform and company connecting digital service providers, clients, and listed businesses.
Freelancer (Seller): Users offering specialised digital services.
Client (Buyer): Users purchasing services.
Business Directory: A service where businesses can list their details for a subscription fee.
Project: The specific service offered by a Freelancer.
2. Business Directory Subscriptions
Subscription Models: Businesses may list themselves in our directory by choosing a monthly or yearly recurring subscription.
Payment & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorise Webframer to automatically charge your saved payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to the directory listing will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
Accuracy of Listings: Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring their contact details, services, and descriptions are accurate and comply with our Community Standards.
No Endorsement: A listing in the Webframer Business Directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the business by Webframer.
3. Account & Security
Eligibility: You must be at least 18; minors (13-18) may only use the site via a parent or guardian’s account.
One Account Rule: Users are limited to one active account.
Safety: You are responsible for all activity on your account and must keep your login details secure.
4. Working Together: Orders & Delivery
Project Creation: An order begins once the Client’s payment is confirmed.
Deadlines: Freelancers must deliver by the set date; late work allows Clients to cancel.
Automatic Completion: Orders are marked “Complete” 3 days after delivery if the Client does not respond.
5. Payments & Financial Rules
Platform Custody (Escrow): Webframer holds payment securely and only releases it to the Freelancer once the work is approved.
Stay on the Platform: All payments and communications must go through Webframer.
Penalty: Attempting to pay off-site is a breach; Clients agree to pay a US $10,000 fee if they bypass the platform.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ownership Transfer: Once a Client pays in full, they own the copyright to the delivered work unless stated otherwise in the offer.
Webframer’s Rights: We own the platform’s design, code, and brand.
7. User Conduct & Content Rules
Confidentiality: Freelancers must treat all Client info as “highly sensitive”.
Prohibited Content: No adult content, illegal services, phishing, or malware.
No Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or discrimination.
